Istanbul’s car park capacity is 95 thousand.
Our Objectives
- Compliance of the car parks with the smart city conceptı
- Car park models with the infrastructure based on LoRa or GSM based technologies that could be “directed,” and “monitored” by the sensors and “paid with credit cards or digital methods”.
- Qualifying car-parking as one of the “critical components of Smart City Planning.”
Potential Model
We wish to launch the car parks that will fulfill the demands of the 21st century by utilizing the convenient publicly owned real estate through the revenue-generating revenue sharing method. The models in the form of either underground car parks or multi-storey car parks are being designed with Istanbul Investment Agency with the investors’ financing.
