The measures taken by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) in Istanbul, one of the most populated cities in the world and one that carries the burden of the coronavirus pandemic most heavily, were published in the EUROCITIES report in July, 2020.
In the report prepared by the Foreign Relations Department of the IMM and the Istanbul Investment Agency (IIA), the measures taken against the pandemic by the IMM since March 2020, when the Covid-19 incidents started in our country, were included in the same report with cities such as Barcelona, Milan, Amsterdam and Paris.
The actions taken by the IMM for 16 million Istanbulites are explained in detail in the report on measures taken in 5 different categories regarding the COVID-19 outbreak.
